  You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

• Within 48 hours of your session
  Cancellations at short notice are not refundable, but you’re welcome to reschedule once without penalty.

This way, you have some flexibility if the unexpected comes up, while also keeping time fair for everyone.
